2. Tax shelters for American tax payers. As many of you are aware, one of our close partner firms, Veracity, specializes in retirement planning and tax mitigation strategies for wealthy individuals and particularly business owners who are making major changes. Veracity works with some of the largest mid-sized accounting firms in the USA, providing tax reduction programs for their higher net worth clients. All plans have been pre-approved by the IRS.
If you pay over $5,000 in American Taxes, and especially if over $100,000 are due, be in touch with us immediately. Here are two ideas shared with us to put into this mailing.
‘We have a strategy that may be worth considering. It’s designed for individuals with $800,000+ in ordinary income or $1,000,000+ in capital gains and can reduce the effective tax rate to around 10%. Besides income, this may be useful for someone planning a Roth conversion or looking to mitigate taxes on a real estate sale.
Another option would be opening a Donor Advised Fund at Schwab for charitable planning.’
Be in touch immediately, so they can make contact with you and potentially finalize plans before the end of the tax year.

Loving the information on this internet site, you have done great job on the blog posts.
This sounds like a well-structured and targeted approach to tax planning, especially for those with significant income or capital gains. The strategies mentioned, like reducing the effective tax rate to 10% or using a Donor Advised Fund, seem promising for high-net-worth individuals. I’m curious, though, how accessible are these options for someone just starting to build their wealth? Are there similar strategies for those with lower incomes? Also, the mention of IRS pre-approved plans is reassuring, but what are the risks or potential downsides? It’s great to see such specialized services being offered, but how do you ensure transparency and trust with clients? Lastly, the Roth conversion and real estate sale tax mitigation strategies are intriguing—could you provide more details on how these work? Would love to hear more about your success stories in implementing these plans!
